Njengoba leswatini liyinhlanganisela nemave emhlaba (UN) , lasiyina tivumelwano letisekela ema SDGs akamhlaba, lokufaka ekhatsi SDG 4 lobuke kutfolakala kwemfundvo lesezingeni lelisetulu kanye nalengabandlululi, naleminye imikhomba ndlela le cokomisa kutfolakala kwemfundvo kuwokhewonkhe njenge; SADC protocol on Education , SADC Regional Indicative Strategic Development Plan, (RISDP), Education Act (1981) kanye ne Education and Training Sector Policy leyasungulwa nga 2011 yabuketwa ngemyaka wa2018[7]. Lomkhomba ndlela wa 2018 washicilelwa kutsi utfutfukise lizanga letemfundvi kuwo onkhe emabanga emfunvdvo Eswatini kungakhatsaliseki kubukeka nome kwakhekha kwebafundzi [8], bothishela, noma labo labseneta etindzaweni tekufundza.Loku kuphindze kuhlanganise kufundzisa nge HIV/AIDS, kwelulekwa lokungiko ngayo , ne kucinisekisa kutsi tindzawo yekufundzela tiyabalungela labaphila ngekukhubateka.[9]Lokumcokwa nakakhulu kucinisekisa kuceceshawa kwabothishela ngebafundzi lanetidzingo letikhetsekile .
